Job summary

KIT Consulting Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist for a 6-month contract in a fast-paced retail environment. The role is full-time and hybrid, with around 3 days per week at the Head Office in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs.

You will coordinate weekly website content, support go-live testing, optimize search and merchandising, and work with enrichment and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in eCommerce or Merchandise role preferable.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills preferred – particularly in Microsoft Excel
• A strong team player who is able to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and brief weekly website content to support both the trade calendar and trade optimisations to meet budgets and support the customer experience
• Support post go live testing as required to ensure accuracy of content, links and promotions
• Optimisation of search and merchandising to drive sales and conversion of your categories
• Work with the enrichment team to ensure new styles are online in line with launch date as well as reviewing and proposing updates to filtering, attributes and product categorisation to drive your category
• Working with digital marketing, marketing and CRM teams to provide and test a relevant link that supports a seamless customer journey

Hybrid work location with HO based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs

Due to retail entering peak trading we are looking for experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join the team to review andmanagethe website.

Your role is critical in supporting the eCommerce business to ensure that customers can search, find and purchase product seemlessly and providing an outstanding experience.

This is a full-time role which is Hybrid located, with around 3 days a week in the Headoffice. The office is based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

Your day to day role will require you to :
