Spotlight Retail Group in Melbourne is seeking an eCommerce Content Coordinator to ensure every product page is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand tone. You will craft descriptions, optimize copy for SEO, and enrich product data to boost online performance.

Join a fast-paced retail team with hybrid working arrangements from South Melbourne, contributing to site improvements, data quality reviews, and collaboration with the Merchandise team to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in online retail in a similar role.
• Proficient in writing HTML content, advanced Excel, and SEO basics.
• Able to craft persuasive SEO copy and maintain brand tone.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain and publish high-quality product descriptions aligned with brand tone.
• Perform SEO data enrichment and optimize product data for visibility.
• Coordinate website maintenance and identify areas for improvement to boost online trading.
• Support content processes, quality reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Review customer feedback with Merchandising to identify missed content opportunities.
