Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian retail group to recruit an experienced eCommerce Trading Specialist for a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role focuses on owning day-to-day trading of the eCommerce site, driving online sales and optimizing the customer journey from a key Melbourne site on St Kilda Road.

You will manage pricing, promotions, onsite merchandising, and CRM/eDM activities, with strong performance targets and potential for permanent progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an eCommerce trading or eCommerce management role.
• Strong commercial focus with experience driving online sales and conversion.
• Hands-on experience managing an eCommerce website, ideally Shopify / Shopify Plus
• Retail or product-based eCommerce experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of digital performance, CRM/eDM, SEM and website analytics

Responsibilities

This 12 month mat leave contract is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established retail eCommerce website during a key trading period, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.
