The eCommerce Specialist will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of the company’s eCommerce websites across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the sites are commercially effective, technically sound and delivering a seamless customer experience. The role will have a strong focus on site merchandising, content and promotional execution, website optimisation, testing and ongoing site improvements. Working closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll help deliver new functionality, improve customer journeys and identify opportunities to increase conversion and overall site performance. You’ll play a hands‑on role across eCommerce, site merchandising and digital optimisation, managing product launches, promotions, content and onsite updates while ensuring the website delivers a seamless customer experience. You’ll support CRO, A/B testing, SEO, AI/GEO and website improvements, work closely with digital, technology, marketing and commercial teams, and troubleshoot issues through to resolution. This is a varied role where you’ll have real ownership, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and continuously identify opportunities to improve site performance, conversion and the overall customer journey.
