Job summary

Talon Recruitment Solutions is seeking an E-Commerce Lead to own digital execution across Australia and New Zealand for a premium lifestyle electronics brand. You will drive website performance, CRM, campaigns and analytics with a hands-on approach.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Retail Trade Marketing Manager, you will manage the ANZ websites, optimise customer journeys and partner with marketing, sales and supply chain on launches. Hybrid role with product discounts and learning support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Digital, Commerce or similar.
• 2+ years' e-commerce or digital marketing experience.
• Strong GA4 and digital platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and optimisation of ANZ e-commerce websites.
• Improve merchandising, content, customer journeys and site health.
• Execute paid search, paid social, SEO, email and CRM activity.
• Partner with brand marketing on campaign planning, briefing and on-brand EDMs.
• Manage agency relationships and campaign performance reporting.
• Build acquisition and retention journeys using CRM automation.
• Support platform upgrades, testing and new digital capability rollouts.
• Resolve escalated website, payment and online customer issues.
• Work with customer service to lift satisfaction and NPS.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, category and supply chain on launches and promotions.

About the opportunity

Our client is a global premium consumer electronics and lifestyle business seeking an E-Commerce Lead to own digital execution across Australia and New Zealand across one of their significant brands. This is a hands‑on role focused on website performance, campaign delivery, CRM and insights.You will report to the E-Commerce Retail Trade Marketing Manager and act as the local digital subject matter expert.
