Job summary

Tresp Recruitment is assisting a leading global medical device company to recruit an Account Manager – Oncology Medical Devices based in Melbourne. You will drive sales and product utilisation across an established oncology portfolio, managing hospital accounts in Victoria and interstate, and partnering with clinicians to support procedures.

Regular travel across Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or clinical support, ideally within an operating theatre environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Confidence supporting surgical procedures and educating clinical stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive product utilisation and consumables sales across the territory.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical support during procedures and deliver product education and training.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and opportunities to increase utilisation.
• Explore opportunities to expand the technology into new clinical applications.
• Manage customer follow-up, product trials and account requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager and wider commercial team to maximise territory performance.
