Qualifications

• Nursing background with medical sales experience OR proven medical device/consumables sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a sales territory.
• GP Reps looking to break into the Medical Sales field will also considered for this role
• Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare market and customer dynamics
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and work collaboratively with your team and colleagues
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of BD’s vascular access and medication delivery solutions portfolio across hospitals
• Deliver in-servicing, training, and product demonstrations
• Build strong relationships with clinicians and decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Provide insights on clinical trends and competitor activity
• Attend conferences and industry events to stay ahead
