• Highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for employee experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate induction, onboarding, training and offboarding for employees, labour hire and visitors.
• Ensure new starters have equipment, resources and information to commence employment.
• Schedule and support internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training records, matrices and LMS.
• Monitor training compliance and raise outstanding requirements.
• Support audit readiness and document accuracy.
• Collaborate with leaders and People & Culture to develop workforce capability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and learning systems.
• Promote a safe, compliant workplace culture per policies.
