Job summary

Craig Mostyn Group is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage induction, onboarding, training and compliance across the business, based at Linley Valley Pork in Western Australia. You will work with operational leaders and the People & Culture team to ensure staff are equipped with the skills, information and resources needed to start and succeed.

• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver induction, onboarding, training and offboarding activities for employees, labour hire personnel and visitors
• Ensure new starters have the equipment, resources and information required to successfully commence employment
• Schedule, administer and support internal and external training programs
• Maintain accurate training records, matrices and learning management systems
• Monitor training compliance and communicate outstanding requirements to relevant stakeholders
• Support audit readiness and compliance by ensuring training documentation is current and accurate
• Collaborate with operational leaders, supervisors and the People & Culture team to support workforce capability and development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding, training and learning systems and processes
• Promote a safe, positive and compliant workplace culture through adherence to company policies and procedures
