Job summary

Lite n' Easy is seeking an experienced Training & Compliance Coordinator to develop and deliver training across operations, including the factory floor, to ensure manufacturing and safety standards are met.

Reporting to the Training and Compliance Team Lead, you will maintain training records, liaise with external providers, and schedule sessions for morning and afternoon shifts to support ongoing business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in training development and facilitation, preferably in manufacturing or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance training requirements and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engagement at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills in documenting and tracking training records.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for early or late training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training materials and documentation tailored to current operational processes.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions in classroom and hands-on production floor environments.
• Identify training needs across teams and implement improvement solutions.
• Maintain training matrices and ensure all activities are documented and tracked.
• Assess training effectiveness with department leads to maintain or improve compliance.
• Coordinate with external training providers to fulfil training and compliance criteria.
• Provide coverage for operational needs across morning and afternoon shifts.

Job Description

The role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Training and Compliance Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training across various aspects of our business, including operations on the factory floor and other departments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the business meets compliance with our manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop comprehensive training materials and documentation tailored to current operational processes.
• Conduct and facilitateeffective training sessions in both classroom and hands-on production floor environment, ensuring participants grasp key concepts and practices when it comes to Safety & Food Safety around the operational processes.
• Work closely with teams across the organization to identify training needs and implement solutions that enhance employee performance and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in the training matrix, ensuring all training activities are documented and tracked.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of training with department area leads and to ensure compliance requirements are maintained or improved.
• Liaising with third party external training providers, to ensure the business fulfils the Training & Compliance criteria.
• Availability to provide support and coverage of the business for operational needs, morning & afternoon shifts.

About You:

• Proven experience in training development and facilitation, preferably in a manufacturing production or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance training requirements and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
• Patience and adaptability to interact with various employees with different learning abilities, with a hands-on approach to practical learning experiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, particularly in documenting and tracking training records.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the flexibility to occasionally deliver training sessions between 5:00am and 10:54pm.
