MedHealth Group in Melbourne is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to shape capability, leadership development and continuous learning across the Personal Injury Division.

Reporting to the Senior LO&D Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to deliver engaging learning solutions, facilitate sessions and manage the LMS to support growth and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
• Experience delivering onboarding and capability programs from planning through to evaluation.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across levels.
• Experience developing learning resources and tools.
• Strong project coordination and prioritisation.
• Data-informed mindset and continuous improvement.
• Experience with LMS platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and leadership development programs.
• Facilitate learning across virtual, face-to-face and blended environments.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and deliver practical learning solutions.
• Design, implement and continuously improve learning programs and resources.
• Use feedback and data to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Manage learning initiatives through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Build strong relationships across the division and contribute to People & Culture initiatives.
• Contribute to divisional and enterprise-wide People & Culture initiatives.
