Job summary

The Department of Health in Victoria is seeking a Performance and Capability Officer to provide administrative support and system expertise for learning, capability and organisation development programs. You will support PDP operations, progressions, and ensure effective use of department systems to deliver key learning initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a tertiary HR/L&D qualification, strong digital literacy, and experience with learning or performance management systems.

Qualifications

• Desirable: tertiary qualification in HR, learning and development, or training and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Resolves operational service delivery problems aligned with program objectives.
• Prepares reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues affecting the program or organisation.
• Researches and applies advanced theoretical knowledge to solve operational problems.
• Develops and implements operational policy impacting the immediate work area.
