Job summary

BDO, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Learning & Capability Adviser in Melbourne. The role supports national learning programs, coordinating enrolments, materials, and LMS reporting while partnering with internal teams and external vendors.

You will manage delivery logistics, provide learner guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement of learning experiences within a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning operations, HR/L&D operations, or program delivery within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Qualifications in Human Resources or Business Studies are highly regarded.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and planning skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning program enrolments, participant communications and learner support activities.
• Provide advice to learners and stakeholders on program requirements and pathways.
• Manage learning delivery logistics including scheduling, venues and facilitators.
• Prepare and quality-check learning materials and communications.
• Maintain accurate learning records, attendance data and LMS reporting.
• Support evaluation, feedback processes and continuous improvement of learning outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
