Job summary

Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive Leadership Development programs across the organisation.

You will coach, mentor, and partner with operational managers and senior stakeholders to translate leadership theory into practical business outcomes. You will lead dynamic facilitation, oversee content design and multi-channel delivery, and contribute to the Organisational Development strategy with strong emphasis on ROI and vendor

Qualifications

• Proven leadership background in a management or team-leading capacity within a medium-to-large organisation.
• Leadership development strategy and program experience (design, implement, evaluate).
• Qualifications: Certificate IV/ Diploma in Leadership/Management or TAe (or equivalent).
• Experience with digital content authoring tools (Storyline 360, Captivate, Camtasia) and modern LMS platforms (Moodle, ELMO, TalentLMS).
• Strong influence, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Values alignment with Service, Courage, and Compassion; understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and evolve comprehensive leadership and management programs.
• Coach, mentor, and partner with operational managers and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, team-building sessions, both face-to-face and virtual.
• Oversee training needs analysis and develop modern leadership pathways.
• Manage LMS administration, vendor partnerships, and measure learning ROI.
