Job summary

Carpark King in Heathcote, NSW is seeking a Service Coordinator to keep multiple projects running smoothly on-site Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm. You’ll juggle tasks, coordinate with contractors and clients, and update job management systems while working closely with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Background in admin, coordination, customer service or project administration.
• Experience with job management software or quick to learn new systems.
• Willingness to own tasks and work in a small, non-corporate team.

Responsibilities

• Juggle a high volume of tasks and keep projects moving.
• Track field activities and update job management systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients and manage schedules.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager and operations team.
• Bring structure and organisation to daily project work.
