Job summary

Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our busy NSW operations team. This fast-paced role focuses on coordinating daily service across multiple sites and allocating field staff to meet client requirements.

You will respond to inquiries, maintain records, and support compliance while liaising with clients, site teams and suppliers. Strong scheduling, communication, and attention to detail are essential, with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Scheduler, Workforce Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience working within construction, trades, facilities, building services or another field-based environment
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and databases
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
  • A solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The confidence to communicate with both field-based teams and senior stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of compliance, safety and documentation requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling day-to-day service and site activities
  • Allocating field-based technicians and trades to jobs based on client requirements, availability and skill sets
  • Responding to client and internal service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing incoming queries and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution
  • Monitoring schedules and making adjustments where required to ensure service requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate systems, records and workforce information
  • Coordinating site access, inductions and required documentation
  • Ensuring relevant licences, qualifications, accreditations and compliance documentation are current
  • Preparing and maintaining reports relating to service delivery and workforce requirements
  • Coordinating leave, availability and roster requirements
  • Reviewing and approving timesheets
  • Supporting compliance, quality and safety requirements across field operations
  • Liaising with clients, site teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with audits, quality documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the wider operations team with administration and coordination as required
  • Participating in occasional after-hours support when required

We are currently working with a well-established and growing business within the construction and building services sector, who are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their busy operations team.

This is a fast-paced coordination role suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of day‑to‑day operations, coordinating field teams, managing client requirements and ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with company standards.

The Role

Working closely with internal teams, clients and field‑based staff, you will be responsible for coordinating daily service requirements across multiple sites throughout NSW.
