About The Role

The team is growing, and we are seeking a adaptable and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. Acting as the first point of contact for our clients, you will manage the planning and execution of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple trades. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional multitasking skills, and excel in building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily schedules for our service technicians across trades like electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Manage the delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems, including work orders and client communications.
• Prepare reports, service records, and updates for key stakeholders.
• Liaise with subcontractors, arrange site inductions, and manage contractor compliance.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and prioritisation of client requests.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or client service role, ideally in the maintenance, construction, or facilities industry.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with service management software (preferred).
• Full working rights in Australia.
• A current National Police Check (within the past three months) or willingness to apply.
• A valid Victorian driver’s license and insured vehicle.
