Carpark King in Heathcote, NSW is seeking a Service Coordinator to keep multiple projects running smoothly on-site Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm. You’ll juggle tasks, coordinate with contractors and clients, and update job management systems while working closely with the General Manager.

You're calm in the storm. You're quick on your feet, super organised and good at figuring things out when you need to juggle lots of things at once. You don't get frustrated easily and you're the person people can rely on to keep things moving.

You're a great communicator, you pick things up quickly and you're comfortable talking to all kinds of people. You're also not someone who says "that's not my job" when a team member needs a hand. You're happy to jump in, and do whatever needs to be done to get the job across the line.

You might come from an admin, coordination, customer service or project administration background. You may already have experience with job management software, or you might be someone who is super tech-savvy and picks up new systems quickly.

You want a role where you're actually making a difference, rather than just ticking boxes and moving on to the next task. You want to work closely with a small team, have ownership and be trusted to use your initiative. You're looking for a workplace that feels more like real people working together and less like a corporate machine.

This is a Service Coordinator role for Carpark King! They've been in the industry for more than 17 years and specialise in car park construction and maintenance. They're a growing business with a tight-knit team, and they're looking for someone who can help bring a bit more structure and organisation to the day-to-day of running projects.

You'll be juggling a high volume at once, keeping track of what's happening in the field, communicating with contractors and clients, updating job management systems, organising schedules and making sure everyone knows what needs to happen next.

You'll work directly with the General Manager and the wider operations team, and there's plenty of opportunity to make the role your own as the business continues to grow and improve the way it operates.

The team is down-to-earth, collaborative and definitely not corporate. You'll be working closely with people who are straight shooters, so you'll need thick skin and thrive when people are honest and direct with you. You'll also need a good sense of humour and the ability to stay calm when things get busy!

This role is full-time, 100% on site, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, based in Heathcote.
