Job summary

Endeavour Group Careers seeks an EUC Technical Specialist to provide frontline IT support from our Richmond office. You will handle desktop hardware, software issues, and AV technology, ensuring smooth business operations for staff and visitors.

Based on-site with hybrid options, you will manage tickets via ServiceNow, assist with meeting room tech, and coordinate with vendors for repairs while maintaining clear documentation and user guides.

Qualifications

• Proven desktop support experience with Windows OS, AD, and endpoint management.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
• Calm, customer-centric demeanor under pressure and in busy retail environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow incidents and SLA adherence.
• Experience with meeting room AV tech and hardware setup is preferred.
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools (Intune or similar) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Frontline support across in-person, phone, email and ticketing channels.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets within SLA guidelines.
• Set up and support desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Audit and troubleshoot meeting room technologies for readiness.
• Coordinate warranty repairs with third-party vendors as needed.
• Maintain asset and configuration records and create user guides.
