Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support to users via phone, email, remote, and onsite support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
