You will manage a three-person team, drive regional processes, and ensure high-quality services while adhering to security and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates have multinational facilities management experience, strong vendor management skills, and solid budgeting abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale Account/Portfolio Facilities Management within a multinational environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of critical facilities environment management and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Serve as on-site operational lead for Melbourne office with remote oversight for Auckland site.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of 3 facilities staff; implement regional processes and data projects.
• Oversee vendor contracts and performance; ensure services meet contract terms and deliver value.
