Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operating tasks, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable facilities at our Sydney sites. You will manage inspections, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination, while coordinating with security, dining, and landlords as needed.

You will lead emergency response, track SLAs, and maintain accurate records under HSE guidelines. The role supports occupier experience and workplace performance in a busy real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of building operations experience on critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection System, Electrical system and BMS.
• Flexible to shift hours (early mornings/late evenings) and weekends as required.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors.
• Knowledge of local Occupational Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily Facilities Inspections, WO management.
• Maintenance management: plan/track PM for UPS, generators, CRAC, chillers, pumps, and related assets.
• Respond to M&E alarms and incidents; oversee after-hours work.
• Submit monthly job records and ensure clear handovers; support client stakeholders.
