Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead on-site operations for Western Australia assets from a Perth-based remote role. You will manage building services, coordinate contractors, and uphold health, safety and tenancy satisfaction while driving sustainability and cost efficiencies.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, contractor management, and knowledge of building automation systems, with a focus on delivering premium service to tenants and maintaining presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multi-story commercial properties with complex building systems.
• Ability to oversee contractors, procurement, tendering and SLAs.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building services including fire, electrical, HVAC, lifts and access control.
• Liaise between tenants, property managers and head of Engineering & Operations.
• Review energy, water and waste data; drive efficiency and sustainability.
• Procure and tender PM contracts and capital projects with compliance.
