Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or supply chain in Oil & Gas (preferred).
• Experience using SAP warehousing system.
• Strong admin and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of personnel, materials and equipment by road, sea and air.
• Support warehousing, inventory and materials movements with SAP transactions.
• Maintain logistics documentation, records and reports.
• Assist with procurement, supplier coordination and contract administration.
• Monitor operations and contribute to KPI reporting and improvements.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and mobilisation needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support compliance, safety, quality and audits.
