This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping the office running, coordinating jobs, managing accounts and supporting the directors. You'll be dealing with builders, suppliers and electricians, making sure projects are organised, invoices go out on time and nothing falls through the cracks.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, is confident dealing with tradespeople and doesn't need to be told what to do every step of the way.
ARC Electrical Group is a growing commercial electrical business working with regular builder clients on projects including factories, childcare centres and other commercial developments.
You'll join a small, easy-going team and work with the directors, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office.
As the business grows, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility in scheduling, quoting and project administration.
You are someone who:
Experience in office management, administration or service coordination is preferred, ideally within a trades, construction or service-based business.
Experience with Xero or job management software is an advantage, but not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who can take ownership of the role.
