About the Role
As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our operations. You will ensure our office runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant standards. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of high-level strategic planning, hands-on resource management, and effective people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Take the lead in planning and reviewing our office services, setting clear priorities, and establishing high standards for operational excellence.
- Team & Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of workspace, equipment, and human resources. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, supervising staff performance, and fostering a productive team environment.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our senior professionals to coordinate business activities, streamline operations, and proactively resolve any challenges that arise.
- Personnel Oversight: Manage end-to-end personnel activities, including recruitment, training, performance management, payroll administration, and professional development.
- Compliance & Administration: Maintain rigorous oversight of office records and financial accounts. Ensure all office practices adhere to work health and safety (WHS) regulations and comply with all relevant government legislation and internal policies.
- Facility & Supply Management: Ensure all essential equipment and supplies are sourced, maintained, and readily available to support our field and office teams.

Requirements
- A Diploma in Business, Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in office management or administration.
