This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday. It offers the opportunity to build a career creating exceptional workplace experiences, without the evening, weekend or shift work often associated with hospitality.

As the Workplace Experience Officer, you'll be the face of your local ACOR office. You'll be the person our people and clients know and trust, creating a welcoming, professional and vibrant environment where everyone can do their best work.

Working closely with the local Area Leader, you'll coordinate office operations, employee engagement, workplace hospitality and facilities while becoming a trusted partner in creating a positive office culture.

Responsibilities
  • Create an exceptional experience for employees, clients and visitors from the moment they arrive.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operation, presentation and hospitality of the office.
  • Support Area Leaders with office communications, engagement activities and local initiatives.
  • Plan employee celebrations, events and workplace engagement activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Build strong relationships across the office and become a trusted point of contact for staff.
  • Coordinate facilities, suppliers and landlord relationships.
  • Maintain workplace health, safety and office standards.
  • Champion business improvements and support local change initiatives.
About You

You'll succeed in this role if you genuinely enjoy looking after people and take pride in creating welcoming, organised and engaging environments.

You'll likely bring experience from hospitality, hotels, concierge, customer service, premium retail, events, workplace experience, facilities or office management.

You'll also have:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • A proactive, positive and organised approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism.
  • A passion for creating great experiences for both employees and clients.
Why ACOR?
  • Monday to Friday office hours. No evenings, weekends or shift work.
  • Be the heart of your local office and build genuine relationships with your colleagues.
  • Combine hospitality, people, events and workplace operations in one diverse role.
  • Join a supportive national Workplace Experience team.
  • 100% employee-owned business with genuine career development opportunities.

If you're someone who loves making people feel welcome and enjoys creating exceptional experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
