dentsu in Sydney is seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge to be the face of the Sydney office, delivering a seamless, engaging and high-quality workplace experience for our people, clients and visitors.

You will blend office management, events, culture and stakeholder coordination, working with leadership to ensure the office runs smoothly and supports cultural initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Formación

• Experience in office management, workplace experience, facilities coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with budget/expense experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional office experience and be the first point of contact for employees, clients and visitors.
• Manage front-of-house operations including reception, visitor experience and meeting coordination.
• Support facilities operations and vendor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, building management, suppliers).
• Coordinate and deliver office-wide events, activations and learning initiatives with leadership.
