ISS Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Workplace Host / Concierge for the ANZ Executive Level Receptionist role at our Docklands Head Office in Melbourne. You will be the welcoming face, deliver exceptional service to employees, clients and visitors, and support events and workplace experiences.

In this full-time on-site role, you will coordinate room setups, monitor facilities, manage mailboxes, tours, safety culture, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth, secure and engaging

Qualifications

• Strong experience in hospitality or customer service with a track record of excellence.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication.
• Ability to engage with senior executives and maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, engaging welcoming experience and customer service as the face of the brand.
• Represent ISS as a professional partner in service delivery and contract success.
• Ensure safety cultures and compliance including hazard reporting.
• Proactive service delivery and excellence in workplace experiences.
• Manage meeting room readiness, equipment issues, and facilities coordination.
• Maintain workplace areas as the corporate showcase for visitors.
• Monitor mailboxes and assist with client events and activations.
• Support and nurture online community experiences and inclusive access.
