Job summary

Hub Australia seeks a Workspace Experience Associate in Canberra to greet members, manage enquiries, and support cafe and events operations. The role focuses on premium, personalised service within a vibrant workspace environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, a hospitality mindset, and are able to obtain RSA and Food Handling certifications. Monday–Friday corporate hours and opportunities to grow with a pioneering coworking leader are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail or similar).
• RSA and Food Handling Certificate required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, deliver personalised experiences.
• Answer member inquiries and bookings via in-person and clubhouse inbox.
• Assist cafe operations by preparing a variety of beverages.
• Organise and execute workplace events with guest satisfaction in mind.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables and supplies.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and space checks.
