Estia Health is seeking compassionate dual care workers to support residents across traditional and blended care shifts in our NSW homes. You will help with daily living, meals, and hydration, while fitting into a team that values dignity and person-centered care.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, prior caregiver experience, and solid documentation and computer skills. A flexible, supportive work environment awaits in our welcoming facilities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily activities, including meals and drinks to promote comfort.
• Support residents with challenging needs and ensure dignity and privacy.
• Help keep residents physically and mentally active and monitor health treatments.
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure consistent care.

About the Role

At Estia Health, we offer dual care worker opportunities. Being rostered in either traditional Care Worker shifts or blended Care and Nutrition shifts is a great way to provide our staff with variety and skill development, while keeping the pay rate identical across both roles.

Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you:

• Lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed, including helping them with their meal and drinks
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected

You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
