Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring individuals to join our aged care homes in Australia. You will support residents with daily activities, meals, and health monitoring, while working closely with a compassionate team to deliver person-centred care.

You’ll be part of a large network across multiple states, with opportunities to contribute to residents’ wellbeing and privacy, and to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments.
• Be a friend to residents and respect privacy and dignity.
