Job summary

Pro AV Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Managed Services for our NSW operations. You will lead the NSW Managed Services function, drive service excellence, customer retention and commercial performance, and partner with Sales to develop new opportunities.

You will manage a high-performing team, oversee SLAs and renewals, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and KPIs. Strong leadership, ITIL knowledge and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' leadership experience in managed services.
• Strong ITIL and service-management knowledge.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting and KPI governance.
• Proven ability to develop client partnerships and win opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NSW Managed Services function and drive service excellence.
• Develop and deliver the regional service business plan.
• Oversee SLAs, renewals and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on opportunities.
• Manage revenue, margins, budgets and KPIs.
• Develop the Managed Services team and drive continuous improvement.
