Job summary

Pro AV Solutions is seeking a seasoned Head of Managed Services to lead the NSW function, drive commercial growth and ensure delivery excellence across client engagements. You will partner with Sales, Account Managers, and Solution Architects to shape the service roadmap and improve outcomes.

You will manage a high-performing team, oversee KPIs and financial governance, and build enduring client partnerships while pursuing new MSP opportunities and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a similar leadership role.
• Proven leadership in Managed Services or complex service environments.
• Strong ITIL and service management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead NSW Managed Services with a focus on service excellence and commercial performance.
• Develop and deliver regional service plans aligned with national strategy.

About the Role

Pro AV Solutions has an exciting opportunity available in our NSW branch for an experienced Head of Managed Services. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, commercial growth and successful delivery of Managed Services across NSW. You will lead a high-performing team, build long-term client partnerships and drive strong operational, financial and customer outcomes.

Working closely with Sales, Account Managers and Solution Architects, you will also play an important role in developing new Managed Services opportunities and supporting the continued growth and improvement of our service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the NSW Managed Services function, driving service excellence, customer retention and commercial performance.
• Develop and deliver the regional Managed Services business plan in line with national strategy.
• Build strong client relationships and oversee service performance, SLAs and renewals.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop new opportunities and support tenders and proposals.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, budgets, forecasting and KPIs.
• Lead and develop the Managed Services team while driving continuous improvement across service delivery and operations.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
• Proven people leadership experience within Managed Services, technology or complex service environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgets and financial governance.
• Experience supporting business development, tenders, proposals and service-based sales opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, enterprise collaboration tools and integrated technology environments.
