Job summary

Pro AV Solutions is seeking a Head of NSW Managed Services to lead a high-performing team across NSW, driving service excellence, customer retention and commercial performance. You will shape regional strategy, oversee SLAs, and partner with Sales to pursue new opportunities.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage budgets, forecasts and KPIs while developing client partnerships and strengthening the service offering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
• Proven people leadership experience within Managed Services, technology or complex service environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgets and financial governance.
• Experience supporting business development, tenders, proposals and service-based sales opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, enterprise collaboration tools and integrated technology environments.

About the Role

Pro AV Solutions has an exciting opportunity available in our NSW branch for an experienced Head of Managed Services. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, commercial growth and successful delivery of Managed Services across NSW. You will lead a high-performing team, build long-term client partnerships and drive strong operational, financial and customer outcomes.

Working closely with Sales, Account Managers and Solution Architects, you will also play an important role in developing new Managed Services opportunities and supporting the continued growth and improvement of our service offering.

Key Responsibilities:
