InfoConsulting Australia is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own a flagship, large-scale managed service for a major NSW utility. The role is on-site in Sydney, leading a blended onshore/offshore team and ensuring SLA performance and governance with the customer.

The renewal and expansion of the contract are key, with a focus on service credits, incident resolution and revenue protection. A senior, accountability-driven leader will drive continuous improvement and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Based in Sydney and available to work on site with the customer full time.
• Willing and able to complete customer security screening aligned to ISO 27001 prior to commencing on the account.

Responsabilités

• Act as named service owner, accountable for delivery, SLA achievement and escalation.
• Lead governance cadence with customer and executive reporting.
• Manage onshore/offshore blended team and resource planning.
• Oversee incidents via ITIL processes and post-incident reviews.
• Drive commercial governance, invoicing visibility and margin targets.
• Collaborate with vendors and other suppliers to deliver end-to-end service.
• Lead continuous improvement and go-live readiness transitions.
