Job summary

Pro AV Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Managed Services for our NSW operations. You will lead the NSW Managed Services function, drive service excellence, customer retention and commercial performance, and partner with Sales to develop new opportunities.

You will manage a high-performing team, oversee SLAs and renewals, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and KPIs. Strong leadership, ITIL knowledge and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' leadership experience in managed services.
• Strong ITIL and service-management knowledge.

• Proven ability to develop client partnerships and win opportunities.

About the Role

Pro AV Solutions has an exciting opportunity available in our NSW branch for an experienced Head of Managed Services. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, commercial growth and successful delivery of Managed Services across NSW. You will lead a high-performing team, build long-term client partnerships and drive strong operational, financial and customer outcomes.

Working closely with Sales, Account Managers and Solution Architects, you will also play an important role in developing new Managed Services opportunities and supporting the continued growth and improvement of our service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the NSW Managed Services function, driving service excellence, customer retention and commercial performance.
• Develop and deliver the regional Managed Services business plan in line with national strategy.
• Build strong client relationships and oversee service performance, SLAs and renewals.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop new opportunities and support tenders and proposals.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, budgets, forecasting and KPIs.
• Lead and develop the Managed Services team while driving continuous improvement across service delivery and operations.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
• Proven people leadership experience within Managed Services, technology or complex service environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgets and financial governance.
• Experience supporting business development, tenders, proposals and service-based sales opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, enterprise collaboration tools and integrated technology environments.
