The role supports project handovers, contract creation, quotes and invoicing, requiring strong admin skills, MS 365 proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience.

• Previous use of an ERP/ticketing system is advantageous.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Administrator to join our growing Managed Services team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including service delivery teams, sales and technical teams, to ensure operational excellence, efficient delivery of services and a consistent, professional client experience across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept project handovers for ongoing service support


• Create and manage service contracts


• Create and process quotes


• Generate monthly contract and service desk invoices


• Compile required invoicing reports on a monthly basis

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Strong administration experience


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
