Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain engineering documentation across project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate across PMO, Engineering, Sales, Design, and Managed Services.
  • Monitor budgets and resources to keep projects on track.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure delivery aligns with standards.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with ongoing consultation and support.
  • Generate reports on project progress and user experience metrics.

Our NSW office is seeking a skilled and personable Technology Program Coordinator to join our team where you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technical aspects of Audio-Visual and Unified Communications (AV-UC) projects. This role is a hybrid of technical expertise and customer service, ideal for a proactive individual who can combine project management skills with customer-focused leadership to contribute to a smooth, exceptional experience for all customers while driving ongoing improvements across projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Documentation:Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the central point of contact for technical program inquiries, coordinating across the PMO, Engineering, Sales, Design, and Managed Services teams.
  • Budget and Resource Monitoring:Monitor project budgets and resources for engineering, making necessary adjustments to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Quality Assurance:Conduct quality checks throughout each stage of delivery to ensure compliance with PAVS’ standards and customer specifications.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing consultation and support.
  • Reporting:Generate detailed reports on project progress, user experience metrics, and feedback insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technologyor a related field highly desirable.
  • At least5 years of experiencein the AV-UC or technology integration sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects with significant customer-facing components.
  • Experience in delivering customer training and support for technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge ofAV-UC systems, including equipment, installation processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity withsystem monitoring toolsand performance metrics.
  • ITIL certificationis an advantage.
