Job summary

Property Council of Australia in Sydney CBD is seeking a NSW Event Coordinator for a 7-month parental leave contract to manage logistics for designated events, ensure on-time delivery and budget alignment.

You will coordinate stakeholders, speakers and sponsors, develop run-sheets, arrange travel and venue logistics, and oversee on-site delivery to create a positive experience for members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating events and managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines across events.
• Strong attention to detail with a client-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and sponsors.
• Comfort with travel interstate as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver events including lunches, courses, forums and conferences.
• Develop event plans, timelines and run-sheets, and brief speakers.
• Manage budgets and external providers to hit targets.
• Organise travel, accommodation and speaker logistics.
• Oversee onsite activities and post-event surveys.
