Job summary

Fusion Careers is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to cover NSW & ACT. This role focuses on building relationships, opening doors and turning opportunities into long-term business with a drive to win new accounts.

You’ll nurture existing relationships while actively hunting new business, communicating with designers, contractors and specifiers to tailor solutions and grow market share across NSW & ACT. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across NSW and ACT.
• Build relationships with new clients via prospecting, outreach and meetings.
• Grow existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop relationships with designers, contractors, and specifiers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Monitor market activity and customer needs for opportunities.
• Travel within the region approximately every 4–6 weeks.
