Tanner Menzies Pty is seeking a B2B Account Manager to lead key state-based accounts within the milling and baking sector. The role focuses on developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving new business and ensuring timely deliveries across multiple channels.

You will manage quarterly business reviews, tender processes and collaborate cross-functionally to address issues and deliver on commitments. Strong Excel skills and a client-first mindset are essential for success.

About the Company

We are searching for a B2B Account manager for a large Milling and Baking business supplying ingredients to many FMCG businesses to produce their end products sold across grocery, route ,foodservice and other customers The business is a multinational with plenty of scope for career development and based in Macquarie Park.

About the Role

• Manage key state based accounts
• Proactively seek out new business
• Professionally manage existing business via regular contact, quarterly business reviews, tender preparation
• Work cross functionally to ensure issues are addressed and deliveries are in full and on time
• New product presentations, develop account plans, forecasting accuracy

About You

• You are a sales professional from a B2B or Industrial sales background
• B2B sales is important and you may have dealt with FMCG customers
• A background in the baking industry is a nice to have but not necessary
• You are a strong business developer and know how to win new business whilst maintaining existing
• Tertiary quals are desirable but the right attitude and skills in relationship building and account management are a must
• Strong Excell skills
