Job summary

ORIX is seeking a Novated Tied to Payroll Officer in Sydney to coordinate and manage novated payments via client payrolls, delivering exceptional service to our Novated customers. You will support active Novated Leases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing, while being the first point of contact for customers and employers.

Responsibilities

• Manage salary packaging and tied-to-payroll clients.
• Allocate funds received into accounts receivable.
• Assist with FBT management for payroll clients.
• Process reimbursements for lease-related expenses.
• Communicate daily with drivers and employers regarding lease products.
• Support team projects, training, and process enhancements.
• Handle calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service.
