ORIX is seeking a detail-focused Novated Leasing Administrator to join our Novated team in Sydney. You will contribute to accurate quotations, liaise with dealers, and support specialists to deliver great outcomes for customers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organisation and collaboration, with responsibilities spanning pricing, quoting, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration and data entry within a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling high-volume tasks.
• Confident with numbers and processing information quickly and correctly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations in our systems (Salesforce/ORION).
• Liaise with dealers by phone and email to obtain pricing and follow up on quotes.
• Support Novated Specialists to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly.
• Work with Pricing, Dealer Relations, Credit, and Repairs & Maintenance teams.
• Maintain high accuracy and meet KPIs around turnaround times.
• Be part of a supportive, collaborative team with regular catch-ups.
