Job summary

Certis Security Australia is seeking a National Operations Team Leader to oversee daily deployments and patrol response across the network from Macquarie Park. Qualifications

• NSW Security Licence 1A (Unarmed Guarding) required.
• First Aid Certificate required.
• Certificate II in Security Operations required.
• Certificate in Leadership and Management required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations or rostering.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact and escalation for operations.
• Oversee daily deployment and patrol response functions.
• Plan workforce and rostering in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure team KPIs, contractual obligations, and legislative requirements.
• Mentor and develop team members to drive capability and performance.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve system issues.
• Manage incidents and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain a strong customer service focus.
• Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
