Job summary

Crown Resorts in Melbourne is seeking enthusiastic chefs for FT, casual or part-time roles. You’ll join back-of-house teams across premium venues, including Nobu, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for guests and our people.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced kitchen, with 3–4 shifts weekly minimum (including weekends), maintain high hygiene standards, and uphold Crown’s service values while delivering quality meals across a 24/7 roster.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Availability to work casually or part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Following HACCP and food safety protocols.
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
