Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking a passionate, full-time Commis Chef to join the renowned Nobu kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Experience in Japanese cuisine is advantageous and you will thrive in a fast-paced team with strong organisational and communication skills. A Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is desirable.

• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent - desirable
