Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited is hiring Chefs for back-of-house teams at premium venues like NOBU. You will support daily kitchen operations, preparing meals and ensuring top-tier dining experiences for guests.

The role requires a can-do attitude, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume kitchen. We welcome applicants with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, experience in premium kitchens, and a flexible weekend roster across 3–4 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume or premium commercial kitchen.
• Availability to work casually or part-time across a 24/7 roster including weekends/public holidays.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Follow HACCP and food safety protocols.

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join back-of-house teams across our premium venues such as NOBU! As a Chef, you’ll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s Service Excellence — Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care. In these roles, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchens and support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Following HACCP and food safety protocols
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Availability to work casually or part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)
