Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a full-time Junior Sous Chef for Crown Sydney Nobu, working with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to lead service and develop the kitchen team. You will help ensure exceptional quality and consistency across every service, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a premium dining environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop team members.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for high-quality food, presentation and guest experience.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP principles and kitchen compliance standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
