Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join back-of-house teams across our premium venues. As a Chef, you’ll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s Service Excellence — Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care.

In these roles, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchens and support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences, while adhering to HACCP and food safety standards in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is required.
• Availability to work part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Following HACCP and food safety protocols.
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
